Shipping Options

1. DHL and GIGGo (GIG Logistics)
   We partner with reliable shipping providers, DHL and GIGGo, to offer fast and secure delivery services. Both options provide tracking, so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

2. Bus Terminal Shipping (Not Recommended)
   As a more affordable option, we offer shipping via Bus Terminals. However, this option requires you to pick up your package from the terminal in your city. Please note, this method lacks tracking and accountability, and packages are at a higher risk of being lost or delayed. We do not recommend using this option due to these risks.

Delivery Times

• Abuja / FCT:
  Orders within Abuja or the Federal Capital Territory are delivered within 24 hours.

• Nationwide Delivery (Nigeria):
  For other parts of Nigeria, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days using DHL or GIGGo.

• International Delivery:
  International orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days through DHL.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method, delivery location, and the size/weight of your order. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While Bus Terminal shipping may be cheaper, we strongly recommend opting for DHL or GIGGo for secure and timely deliveries.

Order Tracking

For orders shipped via DHL or GIGGo, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Unfortunately, Bus Terminal Shipping does not offer tracking services, which is why we encourage customers to avoid this option if possible.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched.
• Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or public holidays.
