Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at wellness@tosgreens.com. After approval, you will be provided with the return shipping address.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange for the same item or one of equal value.

Sale items
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
